You may return, for any reason, the unused portion of your products within 30 days of receipt and Wachters' will refund your purchase price in full or exchange it for another product.

 

Simply contact the Home Office at 1-800-682-7100 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

 

No returned product can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

 

Purchases made through an Independent Wachters Distributor must be handled through that Distributor for all returns.

 

Purchases made in Canada may be returned by phoning 1-866-422-4265.
